ALL MOD CONS

Boston USA based All Mod Cons have been recreating the excitement of THE JAM since 1989.  Beginning in the 1990s, they were one of the first tribute bands to play in the UK.  In the interim, hundreds of UK tribute bands followed through the door that All Mod Cons had opened.

All Mod Cons have toured the UK many times and headlined at noteworthy venues such as the Marquee, Brighton Centre East Wing, Wolverhampton Civic Hall, Olympia Theater, Mean Fiddler, London Astoria and dozens of other venues throughout England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. In 1993, the band set an attendance record at the Marquee Club in London (at Charing Cross).

In North America, All Mod Cons have played throughout Canada and New England and have headlined at several major scooter rallys in Boston and Las Vegas.

Accolades followed in such publications as New Musical Express, Melody Maker, Scooter Magazine, London Daily Telegraph, and the Brighton Argus.  In Boston, All Mod Cons have had feature articles in the Boston Globe and the Boston Phoenix. They have also received  positive mentions in "The Jam: Our Story", written by Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler and also "That's Entertainment: My Life In The Jam" by Rick Buckler.
